Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS for regulated studies.
- Conduct bioanalytical extractions (PPT, LLE, SPE) and optimize sample preparation techniques.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HPLC-MS instrumentation and other laboratory equipment.
- Process and analyze data using SCIEX Analyst or similar software.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following ALCOA principles.
- Work within GLP and regulatory requirements, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for sample tracking and data management.
- Collaborate in bioanalytical method development and validation efforts.
- Handle automation equipment and robotic pipettors to enhance laboratory efficiency.
- Adhere to lab safety protocols, including solution preparation, use of balances, pH meters, and pipettes.
- Contribute to a collaborative, matrixed team environment supporting regulated bioanalysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with 2-5 years of bioanalytical lab experience, or master’s degree with relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC-MS bioanalytical techniques in a regulated (GLP/GCLP) laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of bioanalytical extractions (PPT, LLE, SPE) and sample preparation methods.
- Experience with data processing and analysis using SCIEX Analyst or similar software.
- Familiarity with GLP, GCLP, and regulatory compliance for bioanalytical studies.
- Strong documentation skills in compliance with ALCOA principles.
- Experience with LIMS and electronic systems for sample tracking and data management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in bioanalytical method development and validation.
- Hands-on expertise with automation equipment and robotic pipettors.
- Prior industry experience in a regulated bioanalytical setting.
