Job Description

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle documentation — ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant HR administration — so that employees receive reliable payroll support and the People & Culture function operates smoothly during the coverage period.

Qualifications

Experience : 

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, including PPh21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Proven experience operating HRIS platforms in a professional HR environment
  • Experience handling full employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Prior experience in a part-time, contract, or cover role is an advantage but not required

Qualifications & Education : 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
  • Certification or training in payroll management or Indonesian labor law is a plus

Technical Skills : 

  • Payroll & HRIS: Experience operating HRIS systems; hands-on experience with Catapa is a strong advantage
  • Tax Compliance: PPh21 calculation and monthly DJP reporting
  • Social Security Administration: BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan — registration, monthly contribution, and claims handling
  • Spreadsheet: Advanced Excel or Google Spreadsheet skills for payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Accounting (Basic): Understanding of payroll journal entries and cost allocation reporting (CAC, staff cost)

Part-time (to be confirmed based on operational needs)
Contract duration: 3–4 months (Maternity Cover)
