• Supporting the development of the partnership strategy, as well as the work plan
• Understand the full scope of partners' businesses and strategic goals to maximize the potential of Kata's partnership
• Develop and manage the strategic and tactical partnership pipeline with existing and new partnership properties
• Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relations with key partners, members, the Board of Directors, and other external stakeholders
• Build events with partners to create sales opportunities
• Effectively manages project/business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating, and communicating as appropriate
• Recommend improvements to partnership sales collateral and offering to increase value to partners

• Previous experience in a system integrator/software house company
• Experience working cross-functionally at an executive level, both internally and externally
• Understanding agency business or marketing is a plus
• Strong business strategy and product marketing acumen
• Exceptional communicator, with strong presentation skills
• Organized & strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English
