Job Description

  • Translating technical requirements from clients into a proposed solutions
  •  Providing technical support & advisory to customers before and after-sales
  •  Provide technical support on sales pitching process, such as conducting   platform demo, explaining solution design, creating POC, etc.
  •  Represent the technical aspects of the products and propose how these   solution can benefit the clients
  •  Collaborate with Product & Engineering team to determine how products and   services could be made or modified to suit the needs of customer
  •  Providing supervision and guidance to development teams on solution delivery
  •  Resolving technical problems as they arise

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering,   Computer Science, or related field
  •  Proven experience in engineering and IT software architecture design
  •  Solid experience and knowledge in API and technical support
  •  Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  •  Strong and efficient communication skills, able to elaborate technical   requirements using business languages
