Job Description

  • Meet or exceed annual sales quota.

  • Develop and maintain a 4X rolling annual pipeline.

  • Provide forecasting predictability and accuracy.

  • Excel at the introduction and positioning of the Kata.ai value proposition at various levels of prospect organizations.

  • Compel the decision makers (C-Suite, top-level leadership/management, procurement, or business owners to achieve business growth through conversational AI/chatbot solutions with cost-saving and revenue-generating use-cases.

  • Evangelize the product and personally close important deals & strategic accounts.

  • Constantly monitoring sales productivity and deal win rate to achieve sales goals

  • Provide complete visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of the sales process.

  • Maintain and foster existing customer relationships via face-to-face appointments, phone conversations, and emails.

  • Potentially maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  • Continuously refine workflows to make demand generation as efficient and scalable as possible.

  • Work collaboratively across teams including Partnership, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Min. 8+ years of experience in technology (SaaS, cloud, system integration, customization services, principal model) sales in Indonesia.

  • Well-networked with the executives and leadership in enterprise companies in Indonesia.

  • Proven ability to handle a fast-paced sales organization.

  • Proven experience as a successful quota-carrying, new business sales rep in a closing role (e.g. Account Manager, Business Development Manager).

  • Experienced in handling end-to-end B2B enterprise procurement and formal tender process.

  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.

  • Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement.

  • Demonstrated expertise with data-driven sales models.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

  • Strong job ownership, have a high familiarity with consultative selling.
