• Contribute to overall Software Architecture
• Deliver clean and maintainable software
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Improve current features to be better on performance and efficiency
• Practice Test-Driven Development
• Code review in both technical and non-technical perspective
• Work together with Software Engineers from all levels and give guidance to them
• Provide solution/advice to the project team in technical perspective
• Participate in the recruitment process and work with your head of engineering on staffing plans for the team

• Strong passion in software engineering and technology
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals and OOP Knowledge
• 4+ year experience (as professional) with .NET / Spring / Play / Laravel /Rails / NodeJS (Express JS and others)
• Have experience at least 4 SDLC
• Experience in Unit Testing or TDD
• Experience in SQL or NoSQL database
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful API.
• Strong knowledge in SOA / Microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Experience with Agile framework such as scrum or kanban
