Job Description

Kata Partnership division is looking for a strategic and operationally-strong Head of Partnership in our Jakarta office. The person in charge will work closely with the key system integrators, tech product/platform organizations, marketing agencies, and management consulting firms to execute and monitor exciting strategic projects to strengthen our core enterprise business as well as unlocking new revenue potentials at Kata.ai.



  • Cultivate strong relationships with strategic, including driving adoption of our platform products, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate of Kata
  • Represent Kata in external meetings with executives from other companies
  • Lead and coach a team of partner managers
  • Be a culture carrier and contribute to the wider team and organization beyond core role
  • Influence product strategy through strategic partnerships with (and not limited to) the leading system integrators, marketing agencies, consulting firms, and other tech product/platform organizations
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen Kata.ai’s relationship with key Product Partners and related external stakeholders
  • Identify strategic and operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive business growth with and improve performance of Kata partnership program
  • Understand and communicate relevant information or updates from the partners to internal team, both technical and non-technical coverage
  • Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable data-driven solutions for Product Partners
  • Develop reporting framework and regular cadence to deliver insights by monitoring both leading and lagging indicators
  • Confidently deliver presentations to varying internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively analyze and communicate latest key metrics related to business messaging and conversational AI trends


  • 7+ years experience in strategic partnerships, business development/sales in technology companies, or management consulting who is familiar with third party development or sub-contract partnership model
  • Experience leading and coaching people
  • Experience in defining, developing and leading projects that requires working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally as well as understanding and navigating partner and technical requirements
  • Collaboration and relationship-building experience, with the experience developing working relationships at all levels of management. A well-networked individual is a big plus
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written
  • A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
  • Displaying the highest personal/professional integrity and ethics
  • Passionate about problem-solving, going deep into an issue, and explaining the ‘why’ and not just the ‘what’ of a trend
  • Experience in storytelling through data, and communicating those insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
  • Experience in working cross-functionally, and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise B2B SaaS industries would be a plus point
