Job Description


Overall Digital Marketing

  • Be a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices into the company goals for both brand awareness and lead generation.

  • “Listen” to the trends of the market in the digital ecosystem, and utilize it to improve our marketing metrics performance.

  • Define digital marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives

  • Develop a feasible digital marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”

  • Design and coordinate the brand & marketing campaigns on various digital platforms (Paid, organic, earned) 

  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

  • Achieve growth and hit digital marketing targets by successfully managing and coach the digital team. 

Website Management

  • Create campaigns to grow lead base and web traffic metrics

  • Manage and optimize customer experience on the website, partnering with internal stakeholders, tech team, product teams, to reduce friction and improve the user experience. 

  • Helps support localization processes for the campaign, contributes to the design of web experiences from local look/feel, to content flow, to user experience

  • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.



  • Work together with VP marketing to plan and conduct SEO strategy

  • Work towards organic search optimization and cost-effectiveness

  • Work together with the tech team to ensure the technical recommendations done properly

  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other digital KPIs

  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices


Paid Media

  • Create, plan, execute and monitor paid media and digital advertising plans to achieve aggressive customer acquisition, awareness, and retention goals

  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve ad performance, develop strategies to improve audience targeting, and lower costs

  • Analyze details of marketing channel efficiency: cost, performance, and new opportunities



  • 5+ years’ experience working on digital marketing for social media, website management, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid media

  • Hands on ability on digital marketing tools including but not limit to Google Adwards, GDN, Facebook Ads, others.

  • Good knowledge in operating digital tools i.e. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sproutsocial, Hubspot

  • Ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Experience in managing user funnels and A/B testing correctly

  • Proven track record of using data to drive decisions around customer experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization

  • Strong execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and hyper-organised across multiple programmes and projects running at the same time while managing relationships within a matrix organisation and 

  • Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesian
