• Understand clients’ analytics technology challenges, design and guide the implementation of analytical platforms
• Visualize and lead a team to build and meet reporting needs, that tells the data-driven story to the business by connecting data from multiple sources to provide insightful and actionable analyses, reports, and dashboards that drive key business decisions.
• Turn insights into compelling narratives and executive presentations using dashboards and visualization.
• Find innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large amounts of data and to identify the success measures, analyses and reporting processes that lead to actionable findings.
• Support business development and pre sales activities including conducting demos, scoping assessments, build proposals, win work and deliver projects
• Develops project schedule and budget, and mentor and lead a team
• Manages all aspects of projects including business needs, technical implementation, schedule, scope, stakeholders management and communication
• Perform role of counselor and coach; provide leadership and support for team members

• A degree in a quantitative discipline, such as maths/stats, computer science or engineering
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Data warehouse projects.
• A natural ability to engage and communicate with clients to understand their needs and unique challenges
• Demonstrated experience reviewing current state system architectures and designing future state roadmaps
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence and visualisation tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik and other tools
• Knowledge of best practice data management and data/information governance frameworks
• Experience designing and working with traditional Enterprise Data Warehouse architectures and solutions, and knowledge of more modern concepts such as Data Lakes and the patterns to establish both or hybrid
• Experience with enterprise BI platforms such as SAP BusinessObjects or similar
• Enthusiasm and drive to be a leader in our team, helping shape and develop its future
• Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills
• Understanding of advanced analytic technologies such as such as Hadoop, Stream Processing, etc.
