Job Description

Kata Partnership division is looking for a strategic and operationally strong Product Partnership Executive in our Jakarta office. The person will work with key Product Partners (e.g. Facebook Group, LINE Corporation, to name a few), as well as execute and monitor exciting strategic projects with some of the region’s most important SaaS providers to unlock new revenue potentials at Kata.ai.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the full scope of key Product Partners’ businesses and strategic goals to maximize the partnership potential
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen Kata.ai’s relationship with key Product Partners and related external stakeholders
  • Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth with and improve performance of Kata Product Partnership
  • Understand and communicate relevant information or updates from the partners to the internal team, both technical and non-technical coverage
  • Align and connect with product and operations teams to act as an internal expert on specific partnerships, products, or strategic projects
  • Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable data-driven solutions for Product Partners
  • Develop reporting framework and regular cadence to deliver insights by monitoring both leading and lagging indicators
  • Confidently deliver presentations to varying internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively analyze and communicate the latest key metrics related to business messaging and conversational AI trends

Qualifications

  •  
  • 2+ years experience in strategic partnerships, business development/sales, customer success, account, or project management
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written
  • A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
  • Passionate about problem-solving, going deep into an issue, and explaining the ‘why’ and not just the ‘what’ of a trend
  • Experience in storytelling through data, and communicating those insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
  • Experience in working cross-functionally, and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise B2B SaaS industries would be a plus point
