Job Description

Head of People & Culture is a highly strategical position, vital role in transforming and scaling the overall organization. Your responsibility is to lead the People & Culture team in handling the full spectrum of HR functions. Looking for candidates are excited to build data-driven and people-focused operation with a proven track record in leadership and strategic thinkers, effective and problem-solvers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management team to translate the company's core values into day-to-day activities.
  • Develop strategic HR plans and policies that include recruitment process, compensation/budgeting, payroll, and learning & development program.
  • Develop and facilitate inclusive cultural activities for multi-cultural and diverse remote-first organization.
  • Establish system control, talent management, and organizational design framework to support business functions.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy team to translate the Company's OKR into individual KPIs and performance management system.
  • Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations.
  • Ensure appropriate analytics and data reporting to allow P&C team to make informed decisions and reporting.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations.
  • Nurture and coach the internal P&C team to provide support and guidance on all people-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven 10 years experience as HR Lead or other senior HR roles.
  • Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities.
  • People management and leadership experience including remote working.
  • Experience in tech startup industry will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in change management and transformation across business functions
  • Strong analytical background
  • Experience in managing multi-cultural talents across Southeast Asia is a big plus
  • Knowledge of local and international labor law
  • Aptitude in communicating and public speaking
