Job Description
Create high-level Marketing & Communication strategy (including but not limited to digital, event, communications, and creative field) that aligns with the commercial goals and brand building goals of the company
Participate in the weekly management check-ins, as well as quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Board of Director
Create and monitor marketing budgets and ensuring the department’s ROI
Translating company direction into a clear marketing message that will be cascaded to different functions
Working with Commercial team create Lead Generation strategy with clear business ROI
Working with the Product team to create a Product Marketing strategy
Working with People & Culture team to create an Employer Branding strategy
Develop a roadmap for the organization’s growth of the Marketing function, from manpower planning, organization structure, performance management, and capacity building
Managing work of in-house team and vendors/agencies as needed
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
Constantly monitoring competitors for benchmarking and maintaining the brand position
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Head/VP of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager role
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Understanding of business context in the Software-as-a-Service industry
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
360 Integrated Campaign and Brand Development
Self-Driven with strong initiative
Continuous learning mentality
Experience from Tech Industry / Startup preferred
Strong leadership skills, experienced managing a large team
Strong project management ability
Understanding of marketing and business fundamentals
Readiness to work with a strict timeline and limited resource
Ability to work and interface with senior management in directing projects
Excellent communications skills, strong network/relationship with media and agencies
