• Responsible in building out capability for Kata international expansion team which includes BD, Pre-sales and multi-language product development

• Develop a clear strategy from development, implementation to profitability roadmap, and goals for the division

• Develop a framework for international expansion with a tailored approach for each client segments/country

• Responsible in achieving key revenue target of the division

• Lead and develop a robust international expansion team that would focus in business development, project delivery and customer success

• Develop key success metrics for the division, team, and for the clients

• Has more than 5 years of proven experience in NLP/ Conversational AI/ B2B SaaS company

• Excellent track record of sales in ASEAN region and/ or Indonesia 

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company

• Has good fundamental on business development, pre-sales, NLP and product development

• Experience in managing P&L would be a plus

• Experience in building and developing a high-performing team
