• Conceiving, specifying, and driving the development of new features and products based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer input and feedback
• Developing and presenting solid business cases to support new concepts
• Driving continuous improvements to the products with a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and retention
• Defining and writing product backlogs and drives prioritization within an agile team
• Monitoring ongoing operations to maintain a quality user experience
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas of opportunity
• Monitoring released products, setting and monitoring appropriate KPIs
• Ensure products are meeting their goals

• Minimum of 2-year of experience on Product Development.
• Have a good sense on how a product works and able to estimate development phase.
• Good communication and persuasion skill.
• Have good attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
• Have a strong drive to make things happen and get along well with others.
• Agile project management is a plus.
• AI or NLP experience is a big plus.
