Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Help to create a strong UI-less point-of-view on AI initiatives and help cross functional teams to understand the vision
• Rapidly iterate on designs amongst engineering and design constraints
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop relationships with PM, Engineering and Consumer Insights partners
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

You must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience or amazing talent Knowledge of design tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Balasamiq, Sketch, etc.
• A great portfolio that showcases deep visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX/UI concepts
• The communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts—and evangelize on their behalf

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with complex dashboards, SaaS applications and/or enterprise applications
• Prior experience with artificial intelligence technology and/or voice and multimodal interactions
