Job Description

The field marketing manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales teams in all EMEA regions including UK/I, DACH, BENELUX which have direct sales coverage as well as those region in EMEA we serve through channel partners. This individual will be responsible for driving marketing demand generation strategy across programs, and campaigns - including trade shows, road shows, webcasts, online campaigns, email, direct mail and telemarketing – all designed to drive demand and deliver marketing-qualified new leads in support of Kaseya’s sales objectives for the entire EMEA region.  

With a focus on new customer acquisition and existing account revenue growth, this individual will work closely with global marketing colleagues and the pan- EMEA sales teams to deliver compelling campaigns, manage budget, execute plans, measure ROI, and optimize marketing results. 

To be successful as the pan-EMEA Field Marketing Manager, candidates must show a strong track record of managing the demand generation and regional marketing for business-to-business technology companies, with experience in software as a service (SaaS) product companies. Experience marketing to MSPs and mid-sized enterprises strongly preferred. In addition they must bring world-class marketing skills, local market expertise and a knowledge of channel marketing. 

Responsibilities of the Role: 

  • Responsible for taking the Go-To-Market strategy and developing a comprehensive marketing plan to support the growth expectations of the region.
  • Work with the management team to monitor market trends and competitive activities and implement initiatives to drive wins over the competition
  • Budget planning, management and ROI reporting. Including forecasting, measurement, analysis and reporting on impact of programs, including demand generation campaign metrics and pipeline contribution
  • Flawless marketing execution for the EMEA markets 
  • Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Scheduling, organizing, and running webinars
  • Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event venues and services, direct mail providers, copywriters and list brokers
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs
  • Work closely with corporate marketing, sales and other internal parties as needed to ensure strategic alignment in the region

Qualifications

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing for business-to-business technology companies in the EMEA market
  • Knowledge on how to market to B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (e.g., white papers, case studies, webcasts, events, social) and delivery mechanisms (email, telephone, direct mail). Experience at SaaS product companies strongly preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo strongly preferred), webinar platforms, and CRMs
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple marketing projects at the same time
  • Proven experience in handling budget management and allocation
  • Excellent written and spoken communication; Presentation skills a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with Marketo or marketing automation systems, lead nurturing processes and reporting preferred
  • Track record of consistently producing results on time and within budget
