KASA Solutions is a growing company in the expanding Health IT field. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help us reach therapists, counselors, and social workers who are in private practice. 

Job Description

Our company is about 50 team members strong, located in downtown Cedar Rapids, nearby a variety of coffee and sandwich shops. We're a laid-back, team-driven and collaborative culture. Our company helps therapists and counselors manage their practice and communicate with their patients by answering their phones, processing claims, and through the use of our web-based software solutions.

For this position, experience working in healthcare is a plus but not required. Experience in sales is a must, with a a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Our sales process involves building relationships with customers and helping determine if KASA is a good fit for their practice needs.

Qualifications

  • A college degree in Business, Communication, Sales Marketing, or related field is a plus;
  • A minimum of 2+ years outbound/inbound business to business sales experience;
  • Results oriented sales professional with excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in the use and application of Google Apps (CRM experience a plus)
