At Kasa, we challenge the status quo of HOW private practice mental health clinics are run.  We help our clients manage their practices with our billing, phone answering, scheduling and electronic medical records.  By relieving them of the tasks involved in running their practice, they are able to better focus on their clients.       

Job Description

We are looking for someone with an administrative assistant or customer service representative background to join our operations team. The primary day to day responsibilities involve assisting clients and their practices by providing live, friendly, and professional phone answering, data entry, scheduling and billing support services. This is a full time position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling multi-line phone system
  • Proficient on computer
  • Ability to type minimum 50 wpm
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn and adapt to new and challenging tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Problem solver
