My client is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and quality driven Clinical Lead Manager / Deputy Manager to join their amazing team within the Hastings area. The home offers 5* luxury accommodation for the residents. In this highly specialist role, you will be part of the home’s senior management team and you will lead all on the clinical planning and activities ensuring the safety and comfort of the residents and at the same time making sure we are fully compliant with the regulations.

You must be a Qualified Nurse and have relevant management experience (RGN or RMN or RNLD and L4 or 5 leadership qualification. A valid NMC pin. Ability to self motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.

You will work in partnership with the Registered Manager by providing day to day leadership of the service whilst ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. To ensure accurate and effective process is in place in order to maintain all records (including care plans, medication documentation) as required by the service. To lead and promote the best clinical practice across the home. Implement, promote and maintain care/support for each resident supported in the service on a daily basis. To ensure effective and proactive communication between members of the team and colleagues. To ensure relevant legislation and regulation is adhered to at all times. 

The salary is up to £45,000 depending on experience, based on a 42 hours per week
