Job Description

  • Lead organization-wide change and OD initiatives across 17 countries, managing programmes from impact assessment through adoption and reinforcement.
  • Support post-merger integrations, succession planning, and talent readiness for critical leadership roles.
  • Coach managers, sponsors, and change champions while developing change-management tools, frameworks, and capabilities.
  • Drive AI adoption through practical use cases, workforce readiness programs, and champion networks.
  • Monitor change portfolios, employee experience, and adoption metrics to improve engagement and measure business impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in organization development, change management, or transformation roles, with hands-on delivery of major change initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in applying and improving structured change-management methodologies; change-management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience leading post-merger integration, succession planning, and multi-country or multi-site transformation programs.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility to advise and challenge senior leaders.
  • Excellent English, strong analytical skills, and experience measuring adoption, behavioral change, and organizational effectiveness in complex international environments.

    Basic wage component (gross): 3100 EUR/month

    This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
