Job Description
Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator is an integral member of our Global Logistics & Transport Team, supporting all KVI entities and Business Units (BUs) with transportation and logistics inquiries. This role is supporting the Global team in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations and managing transportation partners.
The role is responsible for a smooth flow of logistics information, data accuracy, system support, transport coordination and internal reporting and is helping to deliver efficient and compliant transport solutions across all business units.
- Process and coordinate daily Logistics Supplier invoice payments within IFS ERP, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
- Manage end-to-end transport coordination and data integrity across all logistics platforms, tools, and systems.
- Generate and analyse logistics reports in Excel, delivering actionable insights to drive operational decision-making.
- Provide daily IT, administrative, and system support to the Logistics & Transport team, including troubleshooting and stakeholder training on logistics systems.
- Ensure full compliance with internal logistics processes while actively contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or logistics-related education, with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and ERP systems, with a high affinity for IT tools and digital platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and international stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus); self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a multicultural environment.

Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 1 400 EUR/month
- This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
