Job Description

  • Drive business development and contract closure in the Anaerobic Digestion market. 

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including technical/commercial proposals and contract negotiations. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. 

  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and manage risks. 

  • Lead cross-functional proposal teams to deliver competitive and high-quality offers.  

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in sales or proposal management within middle and large-scale plant projects in Italy and Europe. 

  • Solid understanding of technical processes in the biogas and biomethane market. 

  • Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks. 

  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide teams and support decision-making.  

  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
