• Lead Worldwide Teams: Oversee four regional Spare Parts Competence Centers and drive global operational excellence.
• Deliver Results: Achieve ambitious financial and operational targets in a dynamic, international environment.
• Shape Strategy: Implement robust KPIs, optimize forecasting, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Foster Collaboration: Break down silos and build a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a high-performing global team, supporting innovation and flexibility.
• Drive Sales Growth: Development and Implement Sales Strategy and Change Sales Culture 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally in spare parts or industrial sectors.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with process optimization and operational excellence—Waste to Energy industry exposure is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
