Job Description
- Support business and project development from early stage to contract close
- Develop and implement market strategies in assigned regions
- Identify and pursue market opportunities aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and authorities
- Manage risks and opportunities in a competitive market environment
- Lead proposal teams through tendering and contracting phases to achieve competitive proposals
- Conduct and report on market analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners up to contract signing
Qualifications
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ambition to push opportunities forward and the discipline to follow through.
- Proven experience in sales and/or project execution in international plant construction
- Deep knowledge of commercial, contractual, and market dynamics in energy or power sectors
- Skilled in contract negotiation and cross-functional team leadership
- Strategic, analytical mindset with strong project management capabilities
- Fluency in German and English is required; this position will be primarily responsible for the German-speaking market (DACH) and experience in this market is an advantage.
- Flexible for travel (ca. 30%)
