Lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities for KVI sites across Italy and Europe:

• Guarantee compliance with local legislation, company policies, and project-specific HSE standards.
• Coordinate HSE management plans and deliverables with HSE professionals.
• Conduct regular project audits and site inspections.
• Deliver ongoing training and information sessions on HSE topics to relevant staff.
• Investigate HSE incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions and lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or safety, or another scientific field.
• 5+ years’ experience as HSE Manager in Construction and Commissioning projects.
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems and standards, including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and strong knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive and enduring personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
