Job Description

  • Lead and grow a transactional finance team (from 20 to 50 FTEs), covering functions such as P2P, AP, R2R, GL, O2C, invoicing, and banking.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining high service delivery standards.

  • Drive process improvement and ERP consolidation to support organizational growth and complexity.

  • Integrate controlling and process roles into the SSC, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver regular KPI and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in transactional finance processes (P2P, AP, R2R, GL, O2C, Invoicing, Bank bookings).

  • Proven leadership experience, including team development, mentoring, and managing through growth.

  • Track record of process improvement and automation within finance operations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficient in ERP/accounting systems, adaptable, proactive, and compliance-oriented.
