Job Description

The Deployment Team Manager is responsible for managing the Deployment Domain Experts Team and ensuring smooth ERP system implementation across multiple sites. This role requires coordinating and leading deployment teams, ensuring tasks are executed as per the Roll-out Manager’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage the Deployment Domain Experts Team, assigning tasks and ensuring they have the resources for site implementation
  • Site Implementation Management: Travel with the team to different sites to facilitate ERP system implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines and technical requirements
  • Issue Resolution & Technical Support: Act as the first point of escalation for on-site deployment issues, work closely with the Roll-out Manager
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure the teams are trained on ERP system functionalities and implementation processes, facilitate knowledge and process improvement sharing
  • Reporting & Documentation: Document all deployment activities, site-specific challenges, and solutions for future reference and provide regular updates to the Roll-out Manager

Qualifications

  • Working experience in a similar role, minimum 2 years
  • Substantial experience in an international business environment, preferably in project & manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with an ERP implementation project (IFS ERP knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Team- and Project management, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Language: English C1
