Job Description
Provide user and system support for ~3500 users across multiple countries within the Kanadevia Inova Group.
Troubleshoot, debug, and escalate application issues to external support as needed.
Maintain and support the application across multiple environments, including during updates.
Coordinate troubleshooting of interfaced applications and collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team and the application provider / host to maintain system performance
Ensure compliance (e.g., Segregation of Duties) and actively participate in Application Ownership meetings.
Qualifications
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and commitment to quality.
Independent, accurate work style with fast comprehension and initiative.
Skilled in problem-solving within dynamic, innovative environments.
Experience in application support; IT project experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
