• ​​​​​​Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost allocations in ERP, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Monitor project financials (cost, revenue, cash flow), perform variance analysis, and propose risk mitigations.
• Maintain cost sheets, lead monthly project cost reviews, understand cost-to-complete estimates, and invoicing and support cash collection.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership and support claims, change orders, and applying for customer bank guarantees.
• Leverage Power BI for reporting and drive efficiency in line with company strategy and financial policies.

Job specific qualification

• 3–5 years of project controlling experience, ideally in international EPC environments.

• Strong skills in project costing, estimating, risk, and claim management.

• Proficient in financial analysis (Excel, Power BI) and familiar with IFRS standards.

• ERP knowledge (IFS); detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus.
