Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

• Provide system and user support for ~3500 users across multiple countries in the Kanadevia Inova Group.

• Troubleshoot application issues, manage external support cases, and ensure smooth operation across environments.

• Support integration of new applications and troubleshoot connected interfaces.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties.

• Actively participate in Application Ownership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a committed, reliable work ethic.

• Accurate, independent, and proactive with fast comprehension and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in application support; familiarity with IT projects is a plus.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, innovative environments with a hands-on approach.

• Advanced English skills (spoken and written); German is a beneficial asset.
