• Provide support for approx. 3,500 users across multiple countries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and manage application system errors.
• Administer applications, user security, and permissions.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external support for issue resolution.
• Test and deploy application patches and upgrades.
• Active participation in the Application Ownership (AO) meetings

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in application support and IT projects
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Advanced English; German is a plus
