Job Description
- Assist the Learning and Development team in organizing in-person training sessions, including venue bookings and travel arrangements.
- Work with the Global Mobility team to review and submit immigration paperwork, ensuring smooth transitions for international talent and other ad hoc admin tasks.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by actively sourcing top candidates to enhance our diverse workforce.
- Assistance with other administrative tasks up on request.
Qualifications
- Commercial education or equivalent, with 2+ years in a similar role in an international environment.
- Experience working in remote, international teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and collaboration tools.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented, resilient work style.
