Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator due to an internal promotion. This isn’t any Operations Coordinator role... Kami has an office unlike any other with an unwavering commitment to building the best environment and culture for our staff. We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin…

  • General office and operations administration and maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of office

  • Meet and greet office visitors and handle the receiving and distribution of incoming mail

  • Work closely with the Culture Operations Manager to coordinate a wide range of activities from team building trips to special events and job expos

  • Manage the 3-times-a-week office lunch catering from vendor selection to delivery and setup

  • Keep the Kami office stocked with a range of drinks, snacks, and staples and handle all supermarket orders

  • Build and maintain relationships with food and drink vendors, office contractors, and other professional service providers as required

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for the team both in New Zealand and overseas when needed

  • Assist in the onboarding of new Kami-leons and ensuring staff have all the necessary tech, merch, and stationary

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role or similar

  • Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a lot of requests to prioritise and self-manage

  • A team player. You’ll be part of an extremely collaborative and supportive team committed to your success, and we all work together

  • Self-starter with a willingness and enthusiasm for taking on additional responsibility

  • Independent thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
