As an iSolved Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through a seamless transition from our legacy system, Evolution/HCM, to the innovative iSolved human capital management (HCM) solution. You will oversee every aspect of the conversion process, ensuring successful implementation, building strong client relationships, and driving efficiency, and facilitating a smooth transition to iSolved.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in functional payroll implementation is required.
• Possess a solid technical understanding and capabilities related to human capital management (HCM) systems, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot.
• Independently operates at a high level of autonomy in daily tasks, demonstrating a proactive and self-starting approach.
• Exhibit a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the conversation process.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment.
• Show initiative in problem-solving, proactive issue identification, and resolution to ensure a smooth conversion process.
• Communication clearly and effectively through excellent written and verbal skills, crucial for client interactions and internal collaboration.
