Job Description

In this crucial role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, spearheading diverse and intricate administrative responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide multifaceted administrative assistance to our CEO and COO, managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Organization Guru: Harness your meticulous organizational skills to ensure accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Confidentiality Champion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive Approach: Anticipate challenges and address them head-on, demonstrating your initiative and resourcefulness.
- Project Ownership: Independently drive projects from inception to completion, exhibiting autonomy and dedication.
- Pressure Performer: Thrive under pressure, managing a diverse array of tasks and confidential matters with unwavering composure.
Position Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, occasional overtime required
Office Location: Antioch, Illinois, occasional travel to other offices as needed (Kenosha, Arlington Heights, Lake Zurich, South Barrington)
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an executive support role is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage intricate tasks and foster productive relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable, as you will interact with high-level executives and internal teams.
- Detail-Oriented: Your unyielding attention to detail ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactive Mindset: A problem-solving attitude, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and exceed expectations.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in various software tools and platforms will aid in your organizational efforts. Previous experience with Mircrosoft Office Suite; in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability: Our fast-paced environment demands flexibility and adaptability in the face of evolving priorities.
- Confidentiality: Adeptness in handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion is imperative.Independence: The ability to work autonomously on projects while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
