Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is looking to add a skillful Accounting Customer Service Representative to our team.

The Accounting CSR performs a wide variety of accounting support duties and customer service functions. Our CSR provides administrative support to others in the firm to ensure effective and efficient office operations. The key to success in this position is to anticipate the needs of others throughout the firm and the needs of our clients. As CSR you will identify areas for enhancements that will bring efficiency to other members of the team and overall will provide value to the client. 

Our ideal CSR will possess:

• A great interest in helping others, both internally and externally
• 1-3 years’ experience preferred, but not required to apply
• Prior knowledge or interest in learning tax and accounting documents and forms
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to adapt to ever changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems

• Flexible part-time schedule available May - December, estimated 15-20 hours per week 
• Full-time schedule required January - April during Tax Season 
• Some part-time benefits available, which may include 401(k), vacation pay, PTO, Continuous training and development, company sponsored events and more
• Due to the position and work required this position will require the candidate to be present in our Antioch office, no remote/hybrid work opitions available
