Kaelo is offering a Learnership Programme for aspiring Project Management graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain on-the-job training in a real-world setting, supported by structured learning. The Learnership Programme will focus on Project Management, a vital area in Kaelo’s operations.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the learnership:

• Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric)or an equivalent qualification
• Completed Project Management Qualification
• Be younger than 35 years

Core Elements of the Programme

As part of the learnership, you will be required to:

• Actively participate in the learnership programme and successfully complete the assessment process
• Engage in all workplace readiness activities and exercises, ensuring you are prepared for the practical elements of the job
