Learnership Programme Details

Kaelo is offering a Learnership Programme for aspiring Information Technology / Project Management graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain on-the-job training in a real-world setting, supported by structured learning. Upon successful completion, you will gain valuable experience and potentially build a career with Kaelo.

The Learnership Programme will focus on Business Analysis, Systems Development and Project Management, a vital area in Kaelo’s operations.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the learnership:

• Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric) or an equivalent qualification
• Completed NQF5 IT Qualification / P
• Be younger than 35 years

Core Elements of the Programme

As part of the learnership, you will be required to:

• Actively participate in the learnership programme and successfully complete the assessment process
• Engage in all workplace readiness activities and exercises, ensuring you are prepared for the practical elements of the job
