The Content/Graphic Designer is responsible for the planning, creation and management of content.

Assisting with the design, quality assurance and communication of content in adherance to Corporate Identity Guidelines, Guardrails and Compliance ensuring high-quality error-free collateral is produced.

KEY OUTCOMES

Design/Content Creation:

Conceptualise and design content that can be used in a variety of formats including mailers, html mailers, posters, print, engaging social media, digital ads and banners, infographics, forms, newsletters, yearly planners etc.

Create content tailored for and that resonates with specific target audiences which is accurate, consistent and in line with our Communication and Brand Guidelines.

Intuitive design that is engaging and considers the user experience.

Translate complex information into visually compelling content that is simple, clear, and memorable.

Quality Assurance: 

Assist with the quality assurance of all work created by the Marketing Team ensuring it is in line with Corporate Identity Guidelines, Style Guide and Compliance requirements to ensure that we produce high-quality and error-free collateral.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and visual alignment.

Staying updated on design trends, technologies and industry best practices. 

Measure Marketing Impact: 

Ensure marketing activities are tracked, highlighting effectiveness and key trends to business.

WORK EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

5+ years related industry experience

Experience and knowledge in design, copywriting, proofreading and editing

PREFERRED

Experience in web design and content production

EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY REQUIRED

Relevant qualification in design / marketing communications

TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE

REQUIRED

• Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver or similar (advanced HTML Mailers).
• Microsoft Suite
