Job Description

The purpose of this role execute and complete projects within the Lifestyle business area.

  • Recruitment of new affiliates on a monthly basis
  • Managing the relationships with existing affiliates and building professional bonds with professionals
  • Planning the project from execution to delivery
  • Direct the team to achieve a common goal
  • Delegating work effectively
  • Managing the resource of time
  • Managing the deployment deliverables
  • Monitoring progress and track roadblocks
  • Conducting regular meetings
  • Establish a shared vision
  • Managing documentation and reports
  • Coordinating with clients and or 3rd party providers

Qualifications

PERSON DETAILS : WORK EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

Minimum of 2 years administration experience

PREFERRED

Experience in the EAP field or knowledge of the field is preferable

EDUCATION : QUALIFICATIONS : ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY

TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE

REQUIRED

Proficient in relevant computer applications

Required language proficiency

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology

Good data entry and typing skills

Knowledge of administration skills and processes
