Job Description
The purpose of this role execute and complete projects within the Lifestyle business area.
- Recruitment of new affiliates on a monthly basis
- Managing the relationships with existing affiliates and building professional bonds with professionals
- Planning the project from execution to delivery
- Direct the team to achieve a common goal
- Delegating work effectively
- Managing the resource of time
- Managing the deployment deliverables
- Monitoring progress and track roadblocks
- Conducting regular meetings
- Establish a shared vision
- Managing documentation and reports
- Coordinating with clients and or 3rd party providers
Qualifications
PERSON DETAILS : WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 years administration experience
PREFERRED
Experience in the EAP field or knowledge of the field is preferable
EDUCATION : QUALIFICATIONS : ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY

REQUIRED
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
