Job Description

The Experience Engineer (Content and Communications Experience Specialist) is responsible for the planning, creation and management of all Kaelo content and social media management.
Assisting with design of content and communicating this content while adhering to the Corporate Identity Guidelines and Style Guide to ensure high-quality content and communications are produced.

KEY OUTCOMES
Template management: 
Create and maintain templates that can be used for all Kaelo Audiences in a variety of formats including email, poster, social media, digital ,newsletter etc. 
Create content for all audiences in line with the Kaelo Communication Guidelines and the Kaelo Personality   
Communication and content:
Create and maintain content catalogues, ensuring that content is written for all audiences, is accurate and consistent throughout collateral
Assist with the creation of the client yearly planner and execution
Create social media yearly planner and execution
Create / write content for a variety of formats including external / internal email communication, learning initiatives, website, campaigns, newsletters etc. 
Develop content and material: 
Design collateral templates to ensure that content and design is consistent and aligned to the brand 
Create collateral designs (posters, newsletters, email, web forms ,social media etc.) using predefined templates and liaise with suppliers if necessary to generate collateral while adhering to the Corporate Identity Guidelines and Style Guide to ensure that we produce high-quality and error-free collateral
Posting of all social media content (excluding complaint management)
Quality Assurance: Assist with the quality assurance of all work created by the Experience and Engineering Team ensuring it is in line with Corporate Identity Guidelines, Style Guide and Compliance requirements to ensure that we produce high-quality and error-free collateral
Eventing: Assist with the planning and organising with internal and external events 
Measure marketing impact: Ensure Marketing (Social Media, Website, Email, Call etc.) interactions with Kaelo Stakeholders are tracked, highlighting effectiveness and key trends to business 
Governance: Participate in necessary forums and ensure that requests by business are managed, in line with the strategy and prioritised 
People Management: 

  • Oversee daily operations and effectiveness of the business unit through the management team.
  • Ensures effectiveness within the service operating, workforce planning, content and communication and learning and development
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports across various levels within in the business unit

Qualifications

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

PERSON DETAILS: WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
5+ years' experience in the digital design, or learning areas
3 years' experience in a management position
Knowledge and content management and engineering
Digital enablement and design
Service and operations management
