Job Description
Job Purpose
Solution Analyst is a member of the Business Solutions team and is responsible for understanding business needs and collaborating with other technology stakeholders, product owners and business representatives to deliver high quality, technology based, business solutions.
Key Outcomes
- Solution Analyst will, in collaboration with key stakeholders, provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements for system, BI and reporting and IT Infrastructure and telephony requirements
- Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements
- Plan and execute tasks / initiatives
- Participate in solution discussion. Evaluate and propose solution approaches
- System, BI and reporting and IT Infrastructure and telephony requirements solution implementation and conduct periodic implementation reviews
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to the Kaelo standards and best practice
- Support business process change
- Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration
- Support work required to successfully pass through all relevant project gates
- Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations
- Maintain current applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
- Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions meet long-term growth need for Kaelo
- Facilitation and monitoring of technical implementation will be required
- Work with external 3rd parties
- Support continuous improvement of standard Kaelo systems practices
- Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain
- Scrum master, Sprint planning and Release management

Qualifications
PERSON DETAILS : WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- Business Analysis or
- Test Analyst
PREFERRED
- Exposure in SDLC – Agile and BusDevOps
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to interact with all levels within a business
EDUCATION : QUALIFICATIONS : ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY
REQUIRED
- Related IT qualification
PREFERRED
TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
- Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude
- Proven track record of work experience with various technologies
