Job Description

The Project /Programme Administrator is responsible for coordinating project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. Managing schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.

Responsibilities include preparing action plans, analysing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources.

Ultimately, to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Outcomes 

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Break projects into doable tasks and set time frames and goals
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
  • Track expenses 
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on project performance
  • Act as the point of contact for all participants

Qualifications

Work Experience 

Required 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and project administration
  • 2 years’ experience in administration
  • All project methodologies

Preferred 

  • Relevant experience in the business units described above
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office
  • Healthcare Industry

Qualifications, Accreditation with Professional Bodies and Education
