Job Purpose

To represent Kaelo and our products to generate sales and awareness of the brand and its associated products.

The Assistant Business Development Consultant will be responsible for new business and distribution development, administration, marketing activities and query resolution.

The Assistant Business Development Consultant also ensures that new business administration is managed and measured.

Outcomes: 

Business Development

Build relationships with the business development consultants and their stakeholders

Analyse client experiences

  • Identify needs and gaps
  • Identify opportunities 

Provide client solutions

Provide new business solutions

Ensure new business targets are achieved

Ensure an adequate pipeline of new client business opportunities are generated and administered to ensure service levels are met and maintained.

Establish, maintain and support the business development consultants and their clients

 

Manage and Maintain Intermediary Relationships

On-board, educate and train new intermediary

Maintain intermediary relationship information and administration requirements

Build / nurture intermediary relationship

Service and manage end to end escalations

Work with operations to resolve end to end processes

Qualifications

Work Experience Required

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the healthcare Industry
  • 3 years Sales experience

Education: Qualifications: Accreditations

  • FAIS

Technical Skills or Knowledge

 

  • Preferred: Healthcare Industry Knowledge
