Work location: Cochin

No of Positons: 2

Exp: 1-3Yrs

Production Support Analyst: for a Banking Software Product

• Work Experience in SCD, Charles River or Banking and financial services

• Production Support experience and knowledge of the processes involved (ITIL knowledge is an advantage)

• Aptitude for Financial Informatics

• Team player, flexibility and willingness to develop a broad business and application/system knowledge base

• Excellent problem solving, planning and organizing skills, a flexible approach with good verbal and written English communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• 2-4 years of development, Application Support , preferably in Financial services

• knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Experience with ETL concepts and tools

• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and programming concepts

• Good understanding of XML, XSLT, FpML etc

• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture and business systems
