Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
  • Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs
  • Maintain knowledge of KSI services and products

Qualifications

 

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Automotive industry knowledge a plus
  • Bilingual highly desired
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work remotely as needed

Additional Information

Compensation:

  •  $16-$18 / hour based on experience
  • Monthly performance-based incentives
