Job Description

Primary activity includes managing client relationships while developing and leading multi-faceted digital (and some offline) media strategies for a book of exciting and complex clients (mostly Fortune 500). Specific responsibilities include: strategic media planning; identifying and driving growth opportunities; and fostering innovation that delivers on our clients’ goals. This position will play a key role in the ongoing success of our client relationship management and provides definite opportunity for long-term growth.

 Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, managing high-level client relationships, and developing strategies to support client goals.
  • Work closely with multiple client stakeholders on an ongoing basis to discuss goals, identify opportunities and recommend media/services.
  • Ownership of client presentations.
  • Research, develop and execute well thought-out 360-degree media plans based on client direction and professional expertise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to all client needs/requests according to service level agreements.
  • Fundamental understanding of various industry technologies (i.e., applicant tracking systems, job distribution services, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Interpret and present data analytics to improve effectiveness of each client’s recruitment marketing initiatives and using the learnings to make adjustments.
  • Ensure the media strategy delivery and support teams are working together collaboratively to prevent or resolve issues.

  • Experience and exposure of working with high-volume media activity is highly desirable
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage complex workload

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of related experience — e.g. advertising agency, digital marketing or HR/recruiting experience
  • Experience and exposure of working with high-volume media activity is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, technologies and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and scope targeted solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and extremely Web-savvy (i.e., researching, troubleshooting media, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment while simultaneously maintaining a sense of humor is essential
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve as necessary
