Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) works with the performance marketing team and cross-functional agency teams to create the best possible value and ongoing advertising success for our clients using PPC Portfolio Manager™. The CSM will act as the client-facing point of contact for product and campaign related questions, new account onboarding, and campaign performance success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive client satisfaction of PPC Portfolio Manager™ across global account base by applying product knowledge and advertising expertise.

  • Be fully responsible for deploying, optimizing and maintaining all job advertising campaigns attached to your accounts. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business drivers and recruiting goals, and steer program activities to align with those initiatives.

  • Track and measure campaign performance and report outcomes to client during trial and recurring business reviews.

  • Develop a fundamental understanding of various industry technologies (i.e., programmatic job advertising platforms, applicant tracking systems, job distribution services, Google Analytics, etc.), and leverage that knowledge to provide solutions to client advertising needs.

  • Be a thought leader: keep up to date with developments in recruitment advertising technology and industry knowledge to drive client engagement.

The performance marketing team oversees the success of PPC Portfolio Manager™ - KRT’s programmatic media tool that brings technology, market-leading analytics, and great strategy together under one roof, and by doing so, we aim to make advertising more meaningful and valuable for everyone.

Who You’ll be:

  • You are team player that excels under pressure, loves problem solving, and is results-driven. You are a motivated self-starter, and with a passion for continually improving the processes around you.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree

  • 1 - 3 years in AdTech/ PPC or Programmatic Marketing / Advertising agency experience or related field. Experience in recruitment advertising or some other human resources technology field a plus.

  • Hands on experience managing, optimizing, and planning performance campaigns or other client driven initiatives.

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with clients (at all levels of seniority) and ability to confidently and tactfully challenge and advise clients on strategic decisions.

  • Passion for developing client solutions and dedication to client success.
