Job Description

Working within an experienced team, you will play a key role in supporting the business Risk Management function. Be part of an international team and expand your career and leverage the support and training available to our team.

The role includes:

  • Working with our Australian team and clients.
  • Participate in internal independence compliance audits and perform internal controls related procedures.
  • Responding to compliance related queries from staff and partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with Global Business Operations to support the business.   
  • Assisting users to get the best value from Global implemented systems.
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining user documentation.
  • Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Providing administrative assistance to other Risk Management team members as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience should include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related Business fields is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of work.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Ability to use a range of techniques to identify and analyse issues.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
