Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a growing and evolving Clients & Markets support team in Fiji, working closely with onshore stakeholders across the COO Office, Brand & Marketing and Markets teams. The role will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, reporting operationally to the Fiji-based team member while contributing to broader transformation initiatives within the C&M function.
Performance
- Provide administrative and coordination support across C&M workstreams to meet deadlines.
- Manage and prioritise stakeholder requests (COO Office, Brand & Marketing, Markets).
- Track tasks and deliverables, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
- Identify and escalate or resolve issues, risks, and inefficiencies.
- Take ownership of processes and administrative tasks, ensuring accountability and improvement.
Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of Clients & Markets processes, tools and ways of working (including Brand & Marketing and Markets activities).
- Build working knowledge of relevant systems and tools (e.g. CRM platforms, reporting tools, collaboration tools).
- Support knowledge sharing by documenting processes, templates and ways of working.
- Apply an understanding of business priorities to deliver efficient and relevant administrative support.
- Complete all mandatory and regulatory training requirements by required deadlines.
